We’re located at Hardplatz 21, 8004 Zürich — right next to Hardbrücke and just a few steps from the Hardplatz bus stop. That puts us in the heart of Zurich West, with easy access by train, tram, or car.

You can book directly through the form on this page. Just choose your plan, pick your days, and add any extras you’d like. It only takes a minute.
Want to keep it simple? You can also message us on WhatsApp. Most people do. We usually reply within a few minutes and can help you set everything from booking to questions about dogs. Please send us pictures of your dog!

Each day at WoofWoof includes two long walks (morning and afternoon), supervised social play, and quiet time to rest and recharge. Dogs are grouped thoughtfully based on size, energy, and personality to make sure everyone feels safe and calm.
We also give healthy treats, do basic grooming checks, and send you daily updates on WhatsApp — so you always know how your dog is doing.

Yes! After the Meet & Greet, you can book a full trial day for CHF 97.

Yes, we welcome both puppies and senior dogs as long as they’re fully vaccinated, socialized, and comfortable around other dogs. Remember that we can not always guarantee a place because the pack has to work well together. If all the dogs are happy together, then your dog is more than welcome!

Don’t worry, we will do our best to make sure that this goes as well as possible.

For puppies, we recommend they be at least 16 weeks old and have completed their full set of vaccinations. They should be able to handle short periods away from home and be familiar with basic interactions with other dogs. We take extra care to ease them into the group and give them plenty of breaks to rest and reset.

For senior dogs, we make sure the pace suits them. They’ll have softer bedding, extra rest time, and the option to skip walks if needed. If your dog takes medication or has mobility issues, let us know, we’ll tailor their day to what they’re comfortable with.
We can also take individual, shorter walks with your senior dog.

We recommend consistent days to build routine and bonding, but we allow flexibility.

Less than 24h: full fee charged
24h–48h: 50% fee charged

After the trial day, you may start with a one-month plan. After that, we require a 6 month minimum, with payment due at the start of each month.

Yes, for dogs over 1 year old. After the Meet & Greet and trial day, we assess social behavior before enrollment. A CHF 15/day fee applies. All dogs are subject to our behavioral evaluation.

Yes. For safety and the group’s well-being, we only accept dogs that are well-socialized, non-aggressive, and comfortable in a group setting.

Every new dog goes through a Meet & Greet where we take a look at their behavior, comfort level, and how they respond to other dogs and people. This helps us make sure they’ll enjoy the environment — and that the group stays safe and balanced.
