How do the walks work?
After scheduling a free Meet & Greet, we organize small group walks tailored to your dog. Each walk lasts approximately 2 hours and includes pick-up and drop-off. You’ll also receive daily photo updates via WhatsApp.
What should I provide for the walk?
Please provide:
- A collar with an ID tag
- A leash
Can my dog walk with other dogs?
Yes. A Meet & Greet is required to assess your dog’s compatibility with the group. We prioritize the wellbeing of all dogs involved. Your dog will be closely monitored, and any aggressive or disruptive behavior will be addressed by the pack leader to ensure a safe and positive experience.
How do I schedule walks?
Scheduling is simple. After the Meet & Greet, select one of our packages and choose fixed days for your walks to maintain group stability.
Single drop-in walks can be booked at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk will incur the full charge.
Can I follow my dog during the walk?
Yes. After each walk, we send photos and updates via WhatsApp so you can see how your dog is enjoying the walk.
